1. There are two categories:
    Artist-Craftsman
    Photography
  2. In each category, there are three age divisions:
    Youth - ages 12 and below
    Youth - ages 13 to 17
    Adults - ages 18 and older
  3. All eligible personnel may participate, including employees of Arts and Crafts centers and those who work for Public Affairs.
  4. Deployed members may send their submissions directly to their home base Arts and Crafts centers.
  5. There is a limit of three submissions per category per person, for a maximum of six submissions per person.
  6. Submissions should be digital photographs in JPEG format, size 5" x 7", and no longer than 450 pixels at the long end.
  7. The Gallery Showcase is not a contest; all submissions selected at base-level will be forwarded to the respective MAJCOM. MAJCOMs will choose entries to forward to HQ AFSVA for Gallery Showcase display.
  8. Use the form on the right to submit your images. Fill out the form completely and bring to the Arts & Crafts Center.
  9. Installation Gallery Showcase submissions will be accepted from August 1 through October 31. Final selections will be displayed on the Gallery Showcase website no later than March 1, 2009.
