The Before and After School program was re-accredited by the National School Age Care Alliance in November 2004. The program offers developmentally appropriate curriculum, high-energy activities, and expanded learning opportunities while your child is in a safe and healthy environment. The program welcomes all 6-12 year olds to take on the challenge and join this fast moving program. During school breaks and summers, this program becomes a full day camp. Field trips, swimming, bowling, hiking, computer challenges, science experiments, and group activities ensure that each full day is fun and exciting for participants.

Our on-going clubs are:

Goals for Growth
Guides youth to obtaining the skills necessary for setting and achieving goals, helps them identify their own strengths and enhances their self-esteem by helping them recognize their success in realizing their goals. Members set goals in six areas: Club involvement; discovery of new knowledge, skills or pastimes; service to others; school improvement; personal improvement and career awareness.

Fitness Authority
Provides a variety of physical activities and other heart-pounding games that instill healthy attitudes toward bodies and nutrition.

Power Hour
Helps youth be more successful in school by providing homework help and tutoring and encouraging members to become self-directed learners.

Torch Club
Club members learn to elect officers and work together to plan and implement activities in four areas: service to Club and community, education, health and fitness and social recreation.

Image Makers
Encourages youth to learn and practice black-and-white, color and digital process photography. This club is full of fun, creative activity ideas for three skill levels. There is an annual photography contest that provides local, regional and national recognition.

The Before and After School program will be accepting applications for Summer Camp on 3 May until full. Current shot records, pay statements and family care plan for dual/single military are required for registration. Fees are based on total family income.
